First Q&A - anything posted on these bulletin boards is available to the public. If someone (note I am using a generic here since I was not referring specifically to you or any other specific person), says something here that can be used later by, say a prosecution team, then it will find its way into court. I have seen posts on forums where posters state their hatred of certain classes of people, discuss their need to have 'the biggest cannon they can get so's to make sure the person they shoot is dead with one shot,' etc. I had a woman in one of my CHL renewal classes state that she had been robbed several times and 'could hardly wait until she could "legally" shoot the BGs.' Although not a post on a public forum, that little statement made in crowded room (an excited utterance, representation) would make its way into court as well should that woman ever have to make a decision to defend herself using deadly force. Simply - I was cautioning anyone posting a reply to your original comment that is is ill advised to start remarking that they regularly consume alcohol and carry. I am not the CHL forum police - I was just saying it is a bad idea to make public statements that could affect someone's defense if they had to go through the court system. If you don't think that these forums (and emails and PMs) cannot catch up with you - they can. When I worked for the Feds - every time the agency got a lawsuit that involved something I was involved in, all my emails, computer histories, and files, were taken to the Office of Counsel and examined//turned over to the plantiff. Same thing happens to citizens everyday. Does any of the above have logic and are you OK with that explanandum?

Second Q&A - Did not say you were "an alcoholic or have ever made bad decisions under the influence" (I am quoting you now). Prosecuting attorney: "So Mister JeeperBryan, you do admit you have made decisions while under the influence? And you believe these have been the correct decisions?" Do you get my drift now sir?

Third Q&A - Again - I was attempting to use a generic term for the audience. I was not specifically discussing your personal intake of alcohol ("drinking habits") - although you may have made that admission already (see Q&A part 2 previous). I guess I could have lengthened my definition of 'drinking habits' as well as been more careful about the use of the pejorative "you" - I was just trying to keep it short and most certainly was not addressing any specific person.

Now - before you (JeeperBryan) go and get all riled up (stirred up; variant of roil to agitate), I responded to your post in a 'tongue-in-cheek' manner (ironic, not meant to be taken seriously). Calm down, take a breath, and just consider what I said previous - it is still a bad idea to put certain aspects of one's life on the internet.
