We can't even get half that number to pay a meager $35 per year to the NRA. I'm sure they're way too cheap to take a day off work.
One problem is that we can't get the NRA to do their job and rate all of our candidates. Sheesh , anyone looking at their 2008 candidate rating sheets might think that there were only Democrats or Republicans running.

Libertarians have a much worse than average chance of getting elected. That's just the way the cookie crumbles.
I thought you would like to know that the Republicans were the ones who sponsored the latest attempt at a AWB.

H.R. 6257

Sponsor

* Rep. Mark Kirk [R, IL-10]
* and 4 Co-Sponsors
o Rep. Michael Castle [R, DE-0]
o Rep. Michael Ferguson [R, NJ-7]
o Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen [R, FL-18]
o Rep. Christopher Shays [R, CT-4]

Keep voting that straight ticket and preserving your rights.

I agree that they should rate more of the candidates; I would even like it if they spend more money on that and less money on other miscellaneous mailers. However, they're still the best deal going for RKBA supporters; I suspect we would have waved goodbye to the Second Amendment long ago without them.

Both my wife and I are members, but it was a tough decision for us.

Thank you both! I know what the issues are from your posts here in the past. I agree it must have been a tough decision.

We greatly appreciate your support however. :tiphat:

All I have to say is that we live in a changing world. The NRA and we are still the same as ever. Its about prioritys and perspective.
