I have the xd sc 40 and EFK FireDragon does make drop in conversions for it in 9mm and .357sig also the barrels i've seen are match barrels as well. All you need for 9mm is the barrel and mag. all you need for .357sig is the barrel and you can use ur 40 mags. Makes ur 40 three guns in one i think its a win win situation.

Do they have drop ins for the XD40 subcompact now?

looking at their website, I see no 3" barrels in any caliber for the XDs. I have a 40sc. if they made a .40 -> 9 3" barrel, I'd be all over it.

I am saddened to see that you are parting with your XD40.
I bought mine from another poster on this forum and finally got to fire it a week or so ago. I really really like it. Very easy to shoot.
