Ever since my plastic came in, I carry to church and pretty much everywhere else that isn't posted. Even at home, it is constantly on my hip until I go to sleep.

so it seems I was WAYYY off on my understanding...if I read you all right...we can carry in those areas so long as they are not posted or we have not been given notice under TPC 30.06?
