I will second this statement. Took their class on 2/14 and although 11 hours is long Ross and Dottie did an excellent job of keeping it from getting boring. And the free BBQ lunch is an added plus. Ross keeps the class awake with all kinds of "what-if" scenarios.
I was in that class this past Sunday.
