Thanks for all the advise folks.
A mobile vet is something that I just didn't think of. I guess I assumed none of them did this anymore or I asked the wrong questions when I called around. I also did not think about a sedative before the office visit. Luckly she is doing pretty good today and seems to be in better spirits. For now I think I will just take it day by day and see if I can find a vet that can make a house call when the time comes and can get her some type of pain medication or recommned somthing over the counter for pain that will work on canines.
