Could be a ground problem or a short

The AC compressor kicks on by electrical current, if the ground or positive is shorted it will make the compressor stay on..unless your compressor clutch is seized in the engaged position (or you have your AC on recirculate which leaves the compressor engaged all the time)

Does it disengage when you turn the truck off as in you can see the front of the compressor by the serpentine belt release and extend away from the pulley?

The compressor should NOT come on at all with a low pressure sensor code. Unless the

txcomputerdude, sounds like you are just low on refrigerant, but you should run through all that stuff warhawk posted. The links read like the answer could lay there.
