This just tripped about 7 different red flags. Mainly 75% of APF to be "international" (Russian) troops. The results of not taking the H1N1 vaccine; being tagged or detained. Telling the business owner they have a list of that guns he owns (WTH!?!?) and then telling him he has to get them marked?

This just makes me cringe. In an unintended consequences kinda way.
