If the feather in question was a deadly weapon, I would have no problem telling a jury. :mrgreen: I would also have no problem hearing it.

I would really want to know how much cocaine the decedent had ingested prior to the plumage pummeling.

To add to the controversy:

"PHOENIX - Taser International is advising police agencies across the nation not to shoot its stun guns at a suspect's chest.
The Arizona-based company says such action poses a risk — albeit extremely low — of an "adverse cardiac event."
