I haven't heard anything lately, but it did take 6 months for me to get my upper from them.

Maybe they are basing their pricing on what they think it will cost them 6 months from now

rm, I looked all over MidwayUSA and did not find anything under $409.95.

Dont see them now, maybe was the one that is $409. Model1 sales has them at $450 complete.
