From the article:
"The gun was so little," the boy said. "I don't understand why the principal got so upset. I was a little nervous. They made me sign a statement."
What kind of statement can they make a 9 year old boy sign that has any sort of legal validity? A 9 year old is incapable of legally entering into a contract.

Those kind of stories makes me have zero tolerance for "zero tolerance"............what a bunch of ..........!!!! :banghead:
