While I love my personal G30sf I'm excited about our dept switch this month to a full fledged G21SF (leaving the G22 behind).

And my 1911 is a Colt :)

Hilarious read. Thanks for posting, though I'd say it's NSFW.

While not a SMLE, I do have a No 5 Mk I. Also a K31, a 870 and an AR15. I did once have a S&W 629. Now I have a Ruger Redhawk. Does it count?

I started in NRA Highpower with a Remington 788 Carbine in .308. Some of the shooters with bull-barrelled Winchester 70's and NM M1A's teased me about not using a man's rifle.
I asked them: Which takes more of a man - shooting 88 rounds of .308 in a 12 pound, 26" barrelled match rifle with a rubber recoil pad while wearing a full-on leather shooting jacket with a shoulder pad, or shooting 88 rounds of the same cartridge in a 6 pound, 18" barrelled rifle with a plastic buttplate while wearing a T-shirt?

They used to make me shoot with an elbow several inches forward of everyone else's - Muzzle blast from the snubby was bothering the other shooters.
By the way, I love High Power Rifle, and eventually got a real match rifle. But I never tease anyone about their rifle - unless its a good friend with a poodle shooter. ;-)
