it would make every pot bust a fight to the death. If anything, it would increase the violence.Fangs wrote:You left out land mines.
Seriously, put the death sentence on anyone caught with a smidgen of pot and see how much longer it's "cool" to smoke it. If you test positive for use in your system, you get 1 appeal (a retest) and then death. Quick, easy, basically flawless. Put a $1000 dollar reward on anyone who snitches someone out leading to a conviction.
That would just about solve the immigration problem, the gun smuggling problem, and finish up the war on drugs all in one neat package. Now I'll be the first to admit that very few people would have the stomach for it, but if they really wanted to win then this would be the way to go. IMHO
Marx called "religion" the opiate of the masses. That is where the term came from. Are you suggesting that religious people be hung? So, you've got a post about whether or not an automatic weapon is practical for self defense, another post about whether or not it is possible to shoot the president, and now a third post about mass executions of the religious.LewisKram wrote:Hows about we start with the people addicted to the opium of the masses.Oldgringo wrote:"Shoot low boys! The above quote/book was by the late Lewis Grizzard.
Back on point:
Take the profit out and one problem goes away.
As for the addicts - get a rope!
I think you are correct sir!The Annoyed Man wrote:Marx called "religion" the opiate of the masses. That is where the term came from. Are you suggesting that religious people be hung? I'm thinking troll, maybe?
Unfortunately, this is no longer an option according to obimbo.MadMonkey wrote:Oh?Mexican cartels cannot be defeated, drug lord says
Can you expound upon this?Oldgringo wrote:As for the addicts - get a rope!
That would have to be state by state. Although the Constitution seems to give the feds the authority to outlaw drug imports, and to defend the borders against formal or informal invasion, there's nothing in there allowing the feds to regulate drug possession. Or gun possession for that matter.Fangs wrote:You left out land mines.

I prefer the "Clear and Present Danger" approach.....Rex B wrote:Only two answers:

You may have a point. It looks like the banned person was not the first one in the thread to suggest hanging people.joe817 wrote:Or not.cowboymd wrote:The troll was probably just someone taking advantage of one of our members, by the name and avatar they used.
Like, guided bombs killing children at a birthday party because of the occupation chosen by the adults around them? That "Clear and Present Danger"?williamkevin wrote:I prefer the "Clear and Present Danger" approach.....Rex B wrote:Only two answers:
