I buy a lot of shirts from Maui Shirts. They are hand-made in Hawaii (most of them, they do sell a few imported shirts, but I won't buy those), and even have coconut buttons (the buttons are carved out of coconut shells).
My most recent purchase:

The shipping is reasonable, even though it is being shipped from Hawaii, and it is FAST. I've received shirts in two days (Hawaii to east Texas is a long way).

Me too. It's one of the few opportunities for guys to add some real color to our wardrobes.

I have a few linen shirts and love them for summer carry. I am not a Hawaiian-style kind of guy but I did find some I liked enough to buy. Linen is the way to go for summer carry.

Sure thing Joe!
I've been to the store you speak of in Southlake, it's an independent shop that sells Tommy Bahama. I met the owner's husband while out and about, he gave me a one-time 50% discount...it worked well! Next time you go in, sign up for their preferred customer program (or similar). You'll get emails on when they are having sales, usually 30-50% off.

I'll tell her about it.
$40.00 not a bad price that's affordable for one of those's. I love Hawaiian shirts. have about 4 of them that I've all but worn out.

The closest thing I have to them are the "collection" of Jimmy Buffet's
Margaritaville staff t's I have from their stores around.....mostly from New Orleans.
They have a retail store up by me in Southlake. I went in there one day, and went ga ga at the good looking shirts they have. Then I looked at the price tag, and stumbled out quickly.
thanks for the tip PUCKER! Definitely I'll put the bug in wifey's ear!
