FYI, blackdog, I bought mine for $449 +tax @ the Pasadena Gun Show. Before going to the gunshow, I had been pricing them and the cheapest I found was a store here in Texas City. He was selling it for $499. So I at least had a ballpark figure in mind. Once I got to the gunshow, only one vendor had the G19 at the $449 price.

I have used a lot of the federal for my G23. The only problem I have encountered is that one round was incompletely cast. it was a FMJ that looked like an amateur hollow-point.
I emailed Federal and they told me to mail it in to them. I kept it though. It is interesting at least.

Other than that it feeds perfectly. It seems to leave the gun a little dirtier than some brands but that's never a problem with a Glock.

This ammo is great for practice, but it's some gutless crap when it comes to performance. When we tested it through a chrono, it was much slower than WWB and other target loads. (by 100 ft/sec on 9mm and 75 or so on .40)
