As with any other subject for which there are rules and regulations, it will behoove you to make yourself an expert on the law which you can get on the DPS site by downloading the -16 handbook. Spend your time learning and understand those rules then you will be very prepared not only to attend class but to carry CHL.

You'll be fine. I've never had a student fail the written test and I've only had 6 people not pass the shooting portion on the first attempt.
