I can envision claims that, due to the way TMS was constructed, the infield is actually part of the building.

It's no different than being on the field in a football game. Sure, it's not the building...but you'd be breaking the law. IMO, IANAL, etc.

THANKS for everyones input ...sometimes we know the answer before asking, BUT just wanted your advise.
I hate to leave my Glock friend at home, but even with a 160 miles trip each way, I do not want to be a "test case"
