Some of them asked for it.

I carry all the time and never keep one in the chamber. After reading this and a few other stories about how fast this goes down, it makes me want to starting keeping one in the pipe. Since I carry a glock I just like the security of knowing if that trigger is pulled on accident it aint going off unless I have loaded it and pulled the trigger myself. I am former Marine, been highly trained in firearms for 25+ years and know boths sides of this arguement but still..............................I am always torn.

You might consider getting a gun that you can trust with one in the pipe.

All of my weapons (handguns) are carried with rounds in the chamber. I never was comfortable in the Military with the notion of carrying around a .45 or a 9mm that was not locked and loaded.
FYI, I switch between a Glock and an XD40 Friday thru Saturday and a Micro Desert Eagle for work. All with a round chambered. I would imagine that a large majority of the posters on this forum do much the same.

It's called "satire". He was making a satirical remark. You know... like, "this did not happen, 'cause California's gun laws would have prevented it!"

Loosen up and get into the spirit of things!
Was not fully awake when I read that. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

The "kinder gentler" word is separate.
