I'll have three eggs over easy, two pieces of toast..heavy on the butter, real butter, not that margarine stuff, and a big glass of chocolate milk. I like my chocolate milk ice cold.

If I lived that close my entire family would be down there just about every weekend. But I'm about half way on the other side of the State, so the drive is about 5-6 hrs for us.

1989 : My 'baby girl' was born....yep my youngest child is now a 21 year old. Talk about feeling old! "rlol" ....but proud too. :tiphat:

Thanks guys, surviving is the right word. Of course my wallet and bank account still keep taking a beating, but at least they made it! lol

Not for long. The owner, Landry's, announced yesterday that it will be demolished because it is beyond economically feasible repair.

An amusement park similar to the Kemah boardwalk will be built on the pier. That was the first use of this pier.
