Some of those that voted for her confirmation:
Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.
Richard Lugar, R-IN
Olympia Snowe, R-ME
Susan Collins, R-ME
Judd Gregg, R-NH
One surprise (for me) that did not vote for her confirmation:
Ben Nelson, D-NE
Vote was 63-37; with the exceptions above pretty, much down party lines.

These RINO's need to go.
Five Republicans - Maine Sens. Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe, South Carolina's Lindsey Graham, retiring Sen. Judd Gregg of New Hampshire, and Indiana's Richard Lugar - have broken with their party to back Kagan. They've argued that partisanship should play no role in debates over the Supreme Court and have called Obama's nominee qualified.
Maine voters wake up. S. Carolina should be ashamed. Indiana?, other than The Music Man, I never understood anything Indiana does. Even
Prof. Harold Hill ...... knows Lugar is trouble.....that's spelled with a capital T and that rhymes with.......
