It's funny how many more hawaiian shirts you see when you're carrying.
I couldn't go with the Hawaiian print...I wound up with some other shirts of that style in a solid print. I am amazed how well these things really cover up and conceal. What is a real shocker is how unnoticable my Glock 22 is. My wife asked why I did not have it on me one day when I did. It is really unnoticeable when I carry a sub-compact. I doubt anybody else would notice if she didn't notice (or my kids for that matter).

I've been carrying a week since I got my plastic and I am amazed how comfortable I have become with it. I still catch myself making sure I am covered up when I get up from a seat, but I don't think I act too funny otherwise.

Funny thing is that I am starting to feel weird already when I ride the train into work and I am not carrying...almost like I forgot something. I did not think that would happen for awhile.

Wait till you hit the other end of the CHL spectrum, been carrying a while and suddenly realize that you forgot to carry.

I went to Portsmouth VA to visit my youngest brother and his family. During one of our outings to The Olive Garden I forgot to carry. I was surprised at my strong panic-reaction when I realized it. Had to calm down and try to enjoy my dinner.

Oh, as a side-note VA is an open-carry state. Never saw it, not once.
