Like some above, I also came up with racing (I thought of runners in particular).1. Name the one sport in which neither the spectators nor the participants know the score or the leader until the contest ends.
I've seen lettuce canned and processed.8. Name the only vegetable or fruit that is never sold frozen, canned, processed, cooked, or in any other form except fresh.

No one usually knows the winner of a horse race until it ends. I have seen a horse come from behind in seconds and win by a nose. That probably is true of many races, but I'm only interested in horse racing.
It's also true of sports like figure skating, where the judges confer on the decision (though those can be fixed).

I don't mean to be a nit but, I'm pretty sure you know who the leader is during a race.1. Name the one sport in which neither the spectators nor the participants know the score or the leader until the contest ends.
And in NASCAR.seamusTX wrote:You know who is in front, but in a horse race the leader can change multiple times and within seconds.

The same could be said for boxing, the "right" answer.canvasbck wrote:I don't mean to be a nit but, I'm pretty sure you know who the leader is during a race.
No, scoring in boxing matches is subjective. You, the spectator, just think you know who is the leader.jester wrote:The same could be said for boxing, the "right" answer.canvasbck wrote:I don't mean to be a nit but, I'm pretty sure you know who the leader is during a race.
