Like some above, I also came up with racing (I thought of runners in particular).1. Name the one sport in which neither the spectators nor the participants know the score or the leader until the contest ends.
I've seen lettuce canned and processed.8. Name the only vegetable or fruit that is never sold frozen, canned, processed, cooked, or in any other form except fresh.

It's also true of sports like figure skating, where the judges confer on the decision (though those can be fixed).

You know who is in front, but in a horse race the leader can change multiple times and within seconds.
