And hats and tiaras! I don't see why you couldn't add a vest. Preferably a neon reflective one that says CHL. We can make Friend of Charles ribbons to add to the collection.

And yes, that is me :P Part of working in live traffic, gotta be seen!
Took this past winter during the hard freeze we had down here for a few days.
