We don't have to submit and we shouldn't. However, the BHO government submitted it to the UN and will submit to their faux authority because it gives the BHO government cover to do some of the unconstitutional things they want to do to destroy America.

As quite honestly recited by the OP, I have not read the State Department submission to the UN, nor have I read a thing about what the UN thinks about the State Department submission. Perhaps you would share with us your source for suggesting that the State Department considers marching by illegal aliens to have been the subject of that submission? I would appreciate it, so that I might make an intelligent personal appraisal of the submission on the basis of first-hand knowledge and not groundless speculation. Thanks.
