Ramer said police have concluded the shooter, who fears reprisals and whose name is not being released, acted in self-defense and have cleared him of any potential wrongdoing in the shooting deaths.

Interesting that the "Police" cleared the shooter of any wrong doing and not a Grand Jury. Bet that saved him a few bucks on legal fees.
As was said earlier AZ is lookin good!! :cheers2:

They are strictly designed for alcohol consumption with the exception of PK until about 9 oclock.
Isn't this argument essentially the same argument that folks make to stop carry in any location? How about making it illegal to be drunk and armed instead of making it illegal to be armed someplace you might get drunk?

Remember, when you stop legally armed folks from carrying you are not stopping anyone carrying illegally.

If the law makes sense, it makes sense for everyone equally. Private citizen or public servant.

When I was a kid we would spend the first 2 weeks in August in Rockport fishing. Stayed at the Oak Shores Apts. (long since demo'd).
Completely different town from what it is now, I'm positive. But, not everywhere has Rockport's current bar problems.
I don't go to "singles bars", in fact, I don't drink. However, I do go to a few 51% places that have excellent pizza or burgers etc
for lunch and on occasion dinner. Why should I be forced to disarm?

Because that's the law. ;-)

Duh. Thank you so much. I currently DO disarm. However, my point was it is totally unnecessary. Law or not.

The highest law of the land says "shall not be infringed" last time I checked. :rules:

If this is still America. ;-)

:iagree: I think that's what you meant by your last post. I agree, but unfortunately that is not the current law. IMO, the selective enforcement of the law is more odious.
