Below is a link to a video of little Kathleen and a dream toy store trip she is going to make, due to the generosity of donors from around the world. The video also gives more information about the neighbors who have now apologized. I found it interesting that they didn't apologize until after they received death threats, their house got egged, the husband was suspended from his job (I'd have fired him in a heartbeat), and they suffered other harassment. Even their on-screen "apology" sounded rather hollow.

Chas.

Not often enough.
If we believe the Bible, Quran, and the other Divine writing of the ages they always do. . I trust those precious words.

We live in a fallen world.
I subscribe to the belief that previous "good" civilizations declined and failed due to declining morals and creeping socialism. If I remember history correctly, those civilizations each lasted 200 to 300 years before their irreversible decline. This country is on the slippery slope today.

KARMA???
Woman Who Taunted Kathleen Edward is Arrested

Police in Trenton say Jennifer Petkov was arrested today for 'assault using a dangerous weapon' and 'reckless driving' after she allegedly tried to use her car to run over a neighbor. This is the same woman who had been taunting a dying little girl, Kathleen Edward of Trenton, by posting disturbing photos on Facebook.

Even so, you're talking about Divine Justice, I'm referring to what happens during our earthly existence, and the world is full of people who find their evil rewarded until their dying day.

These are some sick people. Notice their obsession with wearing black, skulls, bones, etc... This stuff is considered abnormal for a reason. It's perfectly acceptable for kids who are trying to figure out who they are to dress weird and get a kick out of counter-culture imagery. Adults who have never grown out of that phase have some real issues they need to work out. What a comptemptable group of humans. The only thing they're sorry for is that they got in trouble for their deplorable behavior.

As for divine justice, karma, etc... As this woman shows with her recent arrest, people who contunue to behave like this usually fall victim to their own actions. You can only play on the highway for so long before you end up getting hit by a car.

Yeah, but that's because she's stupid and doesn't have money and powerful friends.

Also, an "anonymous" group that can be googled on the internet but I won't post because of how horrible they are have gotten the dad suspended with pay (the company is looking into firing him) and before the mom was arrested they got her fired from her job, and I believe they are currently sending them hundreds of boxes of tampons and the what not just to harass them (not that I'm condoning anything they've done, just giving you more karma against those guys)

Unfortunately, that is what our freedoms, especially recently, have allowed people to do. Sad tale for such a GREAT COUNTRY.

Sickens me, but one day they'll stand before God, our Almighty Father, and answer for their actions.

You are absolutely correct, which is why scriptures tend to couch these things in terms of the eternal fates of the unjust and oppressive. Not all unjust, egregious, and oppressive behavior is illegal, but people of faith believe that it will be dealt with, either in this life or the next.

Even so, that is little comfort to people who have no faith besides atheism. Thus, we have laws and social pressure and shunning. But, people like these two monsters feel free to crap on other people because they know they will not be arrested for it, and they don't care if anybody likes them or approves of their actions. It is, in the final analysis, the most self-centered and prideful kind of attitude.

Like someone point out above, people who fundamentally don't care about the propriety of their actions or what others think of them will sooner or later cross the line of what is legal, and justice will catch up with them. Beyond that, I have to wonder what kind of long ago hurt and woundedness turned this woman into such a venomous and unrepentant snake. How did the devil use that hurt to turn her into the person she is today? As despicable as her behavior is, I feel sorry for her. [my religious opinion] I have rarely ever seen someone who needs Jesus as badly as she does. [/my religious opinion]

Terribly sad. The saddest part is that the couple is not the least bit sorry. They apologized only after they got into trouble, but you can see that there is no real repentance. I find it very troublesome that so much apathy has permeated our society. These people are seemingly incapable of empathy, and while they are more hateful than most people we will encounter during our lives, their complete inability to feel sympathy for this child is not that rare, and in my opinion, is the worst cancer in our modern civilization. One man filled with hate is far less dangerous than thousands without empathy.
