I most likely wont order from them again after this IF i get it anytime soon

I find their website very slow and very outdated. I did like their pricing on the Truglo TFO's I was trying to find for my XD, but just didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling while browsing their 1990's site.

If what you want is in stock you can get some good deals. But they're slow like molasses in wintertime. Also, sometimes things are out of stock but the e-commerce site said they have it. That's annoying. Even worse, if they're out of stock on your primary purchase, and the rest of your order was to make their high shipping costs worthwhile, you lose double. Not worth the gamble to me, unless the saving is more than enough to make up for the saving on a single item.

Update , STILL havent gotten order but I did get an email the other day asking IF I still wanted order , next day I got a shipping notice for half of the order.

I ordered some things from them a few weeks ago for my AR. Shortly after I recieved an email stating that my card had been charged and that my order was to be shipped that day. Waited two weeks with no further communication from them. Left numerous messages and emails. Never got a response. Got another email from them a week ago stating that part of my order was on back order and if I wanted the items that they did have available shipped now there would be additional shipping charges for the back ordered items. I replied to the email demanding that they cancell my order. Then I called right away and left a message stating that I wanted my order cancelled. Two days later I got an email asking why I wanted the order cancelled. I explained that my experience with them had been terrible and expressed my disgust with their communication. The next day I got an email stating that my order had been cancelled.

So I ordered the items from cheaper than dirt, paid a little more through them but had my items mounted on my rifle the very next afternoon.

Similar experience for me. I bought 3 sets of Tru Glo TFO nite sights (at $69 each!). I also ordered a TR-1s tac light. Got an email saying my order had shipped, and got the order within a week of placing it. The only problem is that there was no tac light and they included a tactical pen instead. It took me 3 days of calling and e-mailing before someone called me back. Apparently the pen was a free gift because my order was over $150, and the tac light was on back order. Never saw either of these things mentioned on their web site.

I'm still waiting on the tac light. They said 2-3 weeks, so I should get it sometime this month.

Caveat emptor, by all means. They may have been good at one time but they have since deteriorated to the doldrums of online commerce. One guy, Dan, desperately tried to improve the customer service. He was posting on forums, giving out his direct phone line and e-mail address, and really wanted to make a difference. I actually corresponded with him once and he was a really nice guy - genuinely there to help. But I'm not sure if he's still with Botach. The situation was probably too much for poor Dan to handle.

Basically Botach deals with a ton of drop-ship items. Because of this, they have very little idea about what's in stock or on backorder until an irate customer calls/e-mails/corresponds with them. As the saying goes, they have great prices, but at what cost? They do have some phenomenal deals at times but if you do order, call them to verify what you want is in stock before you place that order. I've used them twice - once was flawless, and the other I had to talk to Dan to straighten it out. And it was the same issue: some items in stock, some items on backorder for who knows how long. I most likely would not be ordering from them a third time.

It will. If nothing else, it's nice to have videos of the exits when you can't remember what time you went to drop off some film for one hour processing, etc.

Botach is notorious for accepting an order for items they do not have in stock. Sometimes MONTHS backordered without informing you.
Many friends have had negative issues with them.
Personally I have only ordered from them once. The item arrived quickly and without a problem.
I would say stay away from them.

As far as calling prior to ordering to insure that your items are in stock could potentially take days if not weeks before you can actually speak to someone. When I was having my problem with them I could not get anyone to answer the phone just answering maching and never did get a returned call. I also sent emails and it took days for someone to return them and when they did it was a vicious circle of why do you want to cancel? Then I would respond and it would take several more days for them to respond to that.

I will avoid them at all costs. Just my opinion.

Yes. I've ordered a lot of stuff online. Botach Tactical is probably the only supplier that did not fix a problem and because of their lack of customer service, I will not be ordering from them again. Its not really about the 3 or dollars but more how they treat their customers and their desire to make your order right. Heck if they won't get a small order right, then when you tell them about it, they really don't care then why should I give them a larger order or more business? We all make mistakes but these folks gave me the impression they got bigger fish to fry and I don't matter much.

My problem came when I ordered several PMAGS with windows and I got one that did not have one. Whoever picked it from the warehouse and shipped it just did not pay attention to the part numbers. The magazine window was a few bucks more and it was what I wanted.

So after I got my order and found the goof, I send them an email with photos of the packaging and described that it did not match the packing list and still wanted what I ordered. Two days pass then I get an email reply with an RMA number and instructions telling me to send it back (on my own dime) and when they get it, they will send me the correct one. I thought heck, why should I pay return shipping for their mistake? I replied back and suggested they just credit my charge card the difference for the cost of the magazines. I never got a response and I never bothered calling them anymore or emailing. They don't care and now I don't care to do business with them.

Once again, why did I find a thread too late?! I ordered from them on Wednesday at noon... still says on their website that it is "pending review"... Hasn't shipped, email was sent but never replied to...

I'll never be ordering from these folks again. Partly because of this experience, but mostly from reading the horror stories of everyone else here...

Sorry I never updated , i finally got everything towards end on January. I doubt I`ll ever order from them again..
