The worst thing a CHL holder can do is press their beliefs on an anti-gun person, like they try to do to us. If you know someone that does not want you to carry in their home, have respect for their beliefs and don't. Personally, since I carry ALL the time, I would just choose not to go to their home.

I don't understand this. If you are drinking, you shouldn't plan on driving. If someone else is driving, you can have the weapon in the car. No problem.

Well, I was thinking that anyone that would do this would not drink excessively and allow ample time to pass after the last drink before driving. I was also hoping that they would have not drank on an empty stomach and would also be moving around instead of just sitting on the couch pounding them down. That is what I would do if I were going to drink. I must say, though, that this scenario has not presented itself to me since long before I obtained my CHL and can't foresee it in the near or far future. I'm too old for drinking parties anymore.

If they don't like it, they can ask me not to associate with them. Otherwise, unless we're drinking, I'm carrying.

Concealed means concealed. Don't drink and be a moron; not while carrying.
