Well, I don't have any target pictures to show off, but I invited my son and future DIL along to try the rifle out for the first time today. We just took it over to DPC and shot steel plates from fairly close range, so there wasn't any severe test of accuracy or marksmanship. I just wanted to wring it out a little bit and see if it functioned well. 275 rounds later, I can say that it functioned well. There were a couple of FTE/FTF malfunctions, but they happened when rapid firing the rifle as fast as I could pull the trigger; so it was just a matter of one case not getting all the way ejected before the next round got fed in. The poor little dear wasn't really meant to be bullied that way, so I don't hold it against her.
The high point was holding the little rifle at hip level, pointing the green laser dot onto the steel plate, shouting "Say 'Hi' to mah lil fren!" and then blasting away a full 25 round magazine. If that don't make you smile, nothing will.
The cheap red dot was not zeroed to point of impact, and the bullets strike an inch or two high and left of the green laser dot. I'm going to buy a better red dot site, something in the $100-$150 range that has more reliable adjustments and a brighter dot. Then I'll get the sight properly zeroed and see if I can't get the green laser dot to register to point of aim.
Anyway, as long as you don't try to imitate a GAU-8 Avenger gatling gun with this little .22, it's pretty reliable, recoil and noise are negligible, and it is an absolute hoot to shoot. It's a keeper.
But the best part? My son is totally jealous of me.

The best part is going to the range and seeing the looks on people's faces when they hear it shoot. First time I saw a dedicated 22 upper I was super confused because I couldn't see any suppressor.

That is a sweet little rifle! I'd really like to shoot one, I'd like to have one but I've got to get the M&P 5.56 first. I really like the M&P line but I'm partial to Smith & Wesson.

TAM,
Nice toy.
DPC has a monthly Tactical .22 match. I've watched it a few times but have never joined in on the fun. I have a built Ruger 10/22 rather than an AR platform, but DPC will allow any .22 rifle to join the match. Let me know if you ever plan to go out there and I'll work up my nerve to join you.

I had actually planned to start shooting in the personal protection matches that tomc puts on, but I got wiped out by health issues which derailed that idea for a little while. I'm going to try and do it again this year, and now that I have this little rifle, those Tactical .22 matches look like a hoot. I'll definitely let you know.

I bought a Chiappa .22LR upper at the last FtW gun show.
Looks good, $300 OTD with 25-rnd mag.
haven't had a chance to try it out yet.

I will join you with my SIG 522. Ordered a Red dot and 3 extra 25 rds. The only thing is mag pouches/chest rig.

I received a M&P 15-22 for Christmas from my wife.
It didn’t like the Federal Champion ammo at all, the FTF’s & FTE’s were too numerous to count. ..I don’t believe it was anything near the muzzle velocity of what the box said it was suppose to be. But after trying some Aguila ammo, WOW! I was grinning ear-to-ear while lead was flying down range.
This is one of the “most fun” guns I’ve ever owned. Break down and cleaning are a snap too. This one is definitely a keeper. Now it’s time to accessorize

Aguila makes some nice ammo. The SuperMaximum imparts enough velocity (1725fps at the muzzle) that the bullet will stay supersonic out past 100y. That means you can shoot it at 100y and avoid the inconsistency that you would get from most high velocity 22lr because of the transition between supersonic and subsonic speeds along the way.
CCI and Aguila are all that I shoot these days.

I sent mine back to S&W when I first got it. (Had FTE every 3rd round at my first Tactical .22 match at DPC). Now I have around 5000 - 6000 rds through it with no issues.
I'll be out at DPC on the 10th of March around 0900 Hrs if anyone wants to meet up and try the gun. Just look for the one with foliage green rail covers on it.

Picked up a 15-22 at the Pasadena gun show this weekend. Couldn't pass up the price.
Reading the manual it looks like i'll start shooting it with CCI mini mags.
Will take it out this weekend.

Very nice pickup indeed. I am a very jealous man. I received a S&W M&P 15 MOE that I subsequently dumped a bunch of money into what with high priced red dots and little additions here and there, and now I still can't find a job to support the habit of shooting the thing! So now, once my father is approved with NICS and we receive FFL so we can set up shop, I am looking to getting a MOE version of the 15-22 to make plinking and practice more affordable. Needless to say, I will be watching for a range report!

The guy I bought mine from included a nearly complete brick of Federal ammo in a light blue box. I think they were 40 grain plain lead solids. I forget exactly what they were called, but they did work real well. I saw the owner's manual recommendations, and these appeared to fit the bill, but I would like to try some of that Aquila or the CCI when I run out of the Federal stuff.

I'm hooked.
100 rounds of cci minimags.
The gun has a nice pop and ejects with authority,
Had to pay attention to loading the 25 rd mag .
Only shot it at 15 meters (indoor range).
Can't wait to hit an outdoor range.

I've had one for almost a year now. The only issue i've had is if the rounds aren't seated against the rear of the mag i'll get a few ftf. i love it but rarely get to shoot it. my fiance has claimed it. now she has a m&p 9 to go with it. They make great trainers too.
