I'm still wondering about cases of establishments with incorrect 30.06 signs being told they won't be frequented by CHL holders who don't mention the fact the sign is incorrect then researching the statute further and posting a correct sign. "rlol"

So far, no one 'round here has been able to come up with a case. The closest was the Bedford Nurse's Aid that Wildbill posted.
4/13/1996 Completed CHL Class, 4/16/1996 Fingerprints, Affidavits, and Application Mailed, 10/4/1996 Received CHL, renewed 1998, 2002, 2006, 2011, 2016...). "ATF... Uhhh...heh...heh....Alcohol, tobacco, and GUNS!! Cool!!!!"

That's been my take on it also.

I started this thread out of pure curiosity, not because I have any intention of violating a 30-06 sign.
