Saw this post the other night and I immediately checked my belt. One screw was missing and the other was pretty loose. Went to the hardware store last night and bought two new ones so they match, plus some thread locker. My little one brought me one of the pieces about a week ago, but I thought it went to one of his toys.

Good reminder to check each and every piece of your equipment regularly.
