If the poker pokes only one eye then the OP statistics change as it then becomes possible to poke after you have been poked and an individual could be the victim of multiple pokes.
Let's assume, for this discussion, that each person only has one eye.
Or assume that all eye poking is done two-finger Moe style.

I have always advocated "two eyes for an eye." The problem with "an eye for an eye" is that it is not an effective deterrant. If the punishment is the same as the crime, the worst a BG can expect is to break even. If he steals $100 from you, and his punishment is that he loses $100, he can't lose.
The punishment must always be worse than the offense.

Repeating offender, i.e. habitual violent criminals who terrorize Innocent people are expected t be executed and/or crucified (i.e. in a public punishment display ) as a deterrent for others.

So when a Scott enters a casino and exclaims "Aye, poker!" does the Government Eye Poking Agency treat it as making a false report?
And would the GEPA collect statistics to identify trends of certain colored eyes being poked more than others?
Seems all the eye poking is getting a bit corny, uh? (cornea)

If I were a doctor I would send him to Eye-See-You.
