The senators who blocked SB 354 from being considered on 4/7/11 and
The members of the house calendar committee who haven't scheduled HB 750

Creedence was trouble.
I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on.
I don't do those things to other people and I require the same of them.

That song always brings back big time memories for me from '69-'70. I played it in my head every time we launched as a night attack helicopter team. Mostly bravado, and over confidence I guess (didn't take too many high caliber tracers coming at you to knock that song out of your head though  ). The lyrics were so appropriate, or at least it seemed that way.

Great song and great lyrics. Amazing sound from a group of East Bay California boys. ;-)

I got an e-mail from a friend about the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. He pointed out that, unlike in many other countries, there was no looting after the disaster.

I heard that earlier today. I believe it's because their culture instills respect. I visited Japan for the first time this past summer, and I was very impressed with the people. Respect is a very rare quality these days.

I hope you are enjoying the supermoon. For my eyes, I can not judge it is bigger, it is just too bright. I should call it a Superbright moon.

Aloing with high tides, my wife reports the full moon period she notices an increase of births, many of them premiture thus more "bad" babies. She's a NICU nurse so they get busy. She'll arrange her schedule with a moon phase calendar, trying to miss that full period.
