I'll probably be hunted down and tarred and feathered for this, but there were other states in the old west besides Texas, and they could all claim the same guns as have been listed here. Might want to wait until OC becomes Law of our Land, when more citizens will get to see and understand what a BBQ rig is.

Don'f forget the Ruger LCP with laser sight Texas Edition. It has probably gained more widespread attention than any other firearm related to Texas since the Governor's recent coyote encounter.

My vote would go to the STI 1911 - any model.

+1 on the Colt Walker...it is synonymous with Texas Rangers' beginnings and the settling of Texas. The 1911 is a close second.
