Before they closed it was Biggers...hands down, but now a days I'd agree with the above!
Kreuz.
But….I make my own each year.
This year….all Beef and Venison Sausage (Cajun Style Seasoning) to which I added Jalapeno, Mustard Seed and H/T Mozzarella cheese.
Smoked over mesquite coals and wetted-sawdust.

Greaks. As far as I know it's only sold at Froberg Farms in Alvin, but it's the best I ever had.

Surely, you can't eat all that by yourself.

KIOLBASSA from San Antonio..HEB and others sell it. If you don't like it, they refund your money. Small plant in S San Antonio..
