There's no point in going through all this trouble if they'll accept an opt out. That's what we already have and what they're trying to change. They aren't going through all this trouble just to choose to be back at square one.

11 is hospitals ... connected to campuses in San Antonio physically connected to medical school exempts ONLY the Medical school THERE because it's 1 building almost ONLY THAT school, ONLY that building not the dental school just the medical/hospital

(I'd go for that if it deterimes the vote )

He was going to accept it BUT Wentworth says DOCTORS AT THAT HOSPITAL WANT TO CARRY WHO E-MAILED HIM so moves to table
