My private instruction is what is really keeping things going too.
Even if I have a small class I will NEVER cancel one. If one is there we will have a class. :tiphat:

I'm glad you can do that, I have done classes with just three, but less than that and I can't justify the exspense and time. It is a business afterall.

I agree my private classes have been booming. Many people would rather have their own group without outsiders or people they don't know. It can be a lot of fun.
Carry safe and carry when and where you can. I'm just sayin'.

I have to agree, my private instuction classes are full., mostly women or married couples. Funny thing is that the price does not seem to matter that much, as long as the schedule works out. Most everyone wants an evening class, after they get off from work.

This last weekend, May 14 and 15 was a nice change. We had about 16 students on Sat and 8 on Sunday. The Store's sales floor has been busy as well.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions but I dont think I will be "scaring" anyone in parking garages :nono:

Even with a normal economy, April through June are typically the slowest months in the firearms industry. People's kids are playing sports, they are going to the lake, doing weddings and graduations and/or saving up for or going on vacations.

If ya wanna see for yaself, just drive to the Lewisville Lake bridge and I-35E on June 11 or 12 and count the number of boats and jet skis just within sight distance. Then drive on down to the Market Hall gun show and count the number of people actually there to buy things. You may very well come up with a tally of more watercraft on the lake than shoppers at the gun show. Not unusual at times to see more vendors inside at that June show than attendees.

I would have thought that due to tax season people would be looking to spend those returns. If that is different over the last couple of years it is probably a reaction to the economy.
