I wouldn't blame you for doing that. If the other driver hasn't seen you that's one thing, but when they're "telling you you're #1", they know you're there and they are deliberately bending over backwards for the express purpose of preventing somebody else from getting live-saving treatment. If they won't pull over so the medics can
save somebody's life, then maybe they'll do it to avoid future object lessons in impact physics.

Sorry Ma'am, we probably could have saved your husband's life, however, we couldn't find a parking spot and the nice lady that we were initial behind had a party to get to. I'm sure you wouldn't have wanted her to miss her party now would you? So sorry for you loss...
