Lucio moves to re-examine the vote ... trying to pull zaffs amendment
Lucio voted FOR Zaffs amendment, would RE-vote against it ...

Davis asks if Wentworths bill stays if Zaffs bill is removed

YES IT WILL

Lucio pulls down his motion to reexamine amendment 4 Zaffs bill/amendment

To get rid of Wentworth this time, it's not ZAFF that needs to pull "Her bill" it's SB 1581 (by Ogden, who accepted the amendment) that would need to be pulled

It would NOT have been Germane without Zaffrini, but now that 5 was adopted, zaff's removing HER bill doesn't remove Wentworths

THANK YOU ZAFFRINI

I think I'll call tomorrow and thank her for opening the door ...

Maybe the other Republicans threatened to beat him up in the team locker room if he didn't leave it alone. Hey, whatever it takes.

They are now debating additional amendments (not gun related). It may take a while...

They're not wasting time. :nono:

Nothing is more important to them than violating the civil rights of taxpaying citizens.

4:10 p.m. and they're on Floor Amendment 11

Ogden is offering Floor Amendment 12 to strike out broad language of the bill. Hopefully that won't affect the germaneness of Wentworth's amendment. They're now voting on passage to engrossment.
