My bad, Greg. Sorry about that. I guess I didn't pay attention when I read your OP. Unfortunately, I can't help you about the restaurants. The only one I ate at was at the river walk, and it was abysmal.

Try La Margarita in El Mercado. Just southwest of the River Walk area. The Barbacoa Cabrito is quite good. I am told so are their Margaritas. I don't know. I don't drink Tequila.

We went today and it was very very good. We did make the mistake of walking from the RW area. The walk back on an overfull stomach was a killer. We literally slept it off afterwards. I highly recommend it. Checkin there on Facebook and you get 50% off your entré.
