I only know of issues with the G22 - when a light was attached it would cause the frame to bind the slide at a wierd angle to the forces, which would cause some guns to not go fully into battery after the slide cycled. Oakland PD recently recalled all their Gen 4 Glock .40's due to reliability issue with attachments. Personally, I'd not want to attach anything to a Glock. The G26 is good as it is for me.
The reliability issues with the .40S&W pistols was supposedly one of the major reasons for the changes for Gen4 (especially the recoil spring changes). Of course, the "upgrades" don't seem to have fixed the problem, and now there are reports of reliability problems with Gen4 9x19 pistols.
