I thought the same thing about obamacare. No way it would survive a trip to SCOTUS. Then this happened in the 6th circuit

So that got me thinking, what else, besides mags, might our esteemed idiot in the WH try to use an EO to quasi ban. Is it possible for him to reinstate part of the assault weapons ban by EO?

Isn't that what they refer to ( in front of the justices) as "The sixth circus"? Not exactly SCOTUS!
