I thought the same thing about obamacare. No way it would survive a trip to SCOTUS. Then this happened in the 6th circuit

So that got me thinking, what else, besides mags, might our esteemed idiot in the WH try to use an EO to quasi ban. Is it possible for him to reinstate part of the assault weapons ban by EO?

On another side note, I found a great deal on some stripped aeroprecision lowers. $59.99 each with free ship if we get 10 or more. I'll post more details in the the rifle and shotgun section if anyone is interested

Isn't that what they refer to ( in front of the justices) as "The sixth circus"? Not exactly SCOTUS!
