Just as an experiment, I have gone this whole week with my cruise control set to 60 on the 75 in Dallas up through Plano. With cars flying past me, it feels like I am standing still. I think my chances of a ticket have done down, but my chances of getting rear ended have gone up about 500%.

I was always told to go with the traffic flow, unsafe to go so much slower than surrounding traffic.

After this week I agree. Though it is nice to relax and not have to touch your brakes for 25 miles.
