Well, not good Idea :reddevil I might change Lawyers, and getting the new Lawyer to use my old Lawyers phone number may not work :banghead:

I would hope that you can remember your lawyers name and that he/she has listed number.... :lol::

So, you all actually have a lawyer? I don't have a lawyer and never met anyone that "has a lawyer". Why not just say you will cooperate fully after you have a lawyer present.

Do you keep a lawyer on retainer?

It's not a matter of having a lawyer ~present~ (indicating talking with police in the presence of the lawyer) but rather after having consulted your attorney in private away from police. There are words, phrases that seem innocent, but if used can be made to sound incriminating. I don't personally "have" a lawyer, but if needed, I know who I will call.
