I shed no tears over Gaddafi--he was an EVIL man. But I am not sure that the Libyan people are going to get freedom (at least the way you and I picture it) anytime soon. The people in charge have declared that they want to follow sharia law--not a good thing for freedom, especially for women. It is probably better for the world that Gaddafi is dead, I am not sure how it will give Libyan's freedom from tyranny.
