Practicing with my P380 is awful...so I don't much. I trust that all my other hours of training will carry over, however...
Most of the practice with such a tiny, awful to use, device, should be focused on getting it into the fight. It is my opinion that an experienced shooter that is capable of shooting a qualification with such an "un-fun" gun would gain a higher degree of preparation by doing so. Drawing from a pocket or ankle is still not second nature to me. The closest I become is when we practice a "your strong arm is injured" drill. Then I mentally decide exactly how to get to my BUG before I actually need to, so it's not very realistic.
