I figure getting hit with a burning ball of magnesium would be a fair deterrent.
Good deterrent with lousy accuracy (5-7yds MIGHT be OK). :biggrinjester: :smilelol5:

Probably right. Reckon they'll let me sight it in at the range? "rlol"

BTW, they make 12-gauge shotgun adapters for these, but I bet that would make it legally a gun, even if stored separately.

HB25 has its own definition of watercraft that doesn't include a seaplane. It looks like you still need a CHL for aircraft. But not World of Warcraft.
I believe the basic political division in this country is not between liberals and conservatives but between those who believe that they should have a say in the personal lives of strangers and those who do not.

LOL yes, exactly that's why I posted both definitions, (at least I think I did)... to show the difference, ->"skis" airplanes etc ...just like "premises" is defined differently pertaining to "other stuff"
Section 46.02, Penal Code, is amended by ...
(a-3) For purposes of this section, "watercraft" means any
boat, motorboat, vessel, or personal watercraft, other than a
seaplane on water, used or capable of being used for transportation
on water.
