You may go now.

What? You're still here?

No really. Run along now. I'm busy, and I'm sure you are too. Good day."

Yeah, TAM like we are to Congress and their over-inflated boondoggle pork filled bills and proposals!!

Seems it's worked for the "Hill" why wouldn't the U.N. Think it's their turn? Heck, they've been raping the U.S. Taxpayers for decades without so much as a whimper from us. Their usefulness has outlived their productivity. For the most part they are a bloated parasitic tick who's sense of self importance and entitlement has ballooned to the point that they feel they are the voice of reason and all should bow and marvel at they're collective pontification. (Much like Obama) But I digress...

They deserve exactly the same amount as the median amount from us IF it is viable, a cost effective endeavor and benefits us to do so...
I was commenting on Congress as much as on the U.N. If Congress treated our tax dollars like they were actually responsible for the results of how those dollars are spent, you can bet that the U.N. wouldn't have the gall to be so irresponsible with U.S. $$.

My opinion of Congress is only marginally better than my opinion of the U.N. Neither feels any particular accountability to its constituencies, and both are filled with dishonest and inept people who act like what's theirs is theirs, and what's mine is theirs too.

Oh no... I fully agreed and understood ... The inferance was clear...Maybe my annoyance was mis-interpreted as being toward nothing but congress and the UN. It seems I usually agree (at least to some extent) with most of your take on the topics. :tiphat:

Heck if they want the money so badly maybe we can start charging all the "Diplomats" for parking tickets, rent and all the freebies... Then, we can save that money ya know somewhere in Al Gores "lockbox" and then give it back to them as aid so in essence we don't use OUR money ... "rlol"
