With today's variety of perfect sized pistols, carry is always possible. It looks like your option is to risk termination or risk assault and or death. Either way you don't get paid.

This. Do they search you, or just your locker? I'm not sure if you have a uniform, or certain clothing you have to wear, but I'm 99% sure there is some type of "set-up" out there that would work. Concealed means concealed. How would they know, unless it came to the point where you have to use it. Once it's to that point, I think you would rather have your life than your job.
Also, get a super bright LED that u can flash them with. They seriously cause temporary blindness, especially at night when pupils are dilated for night vision. I hit myself with one in the dark just to see what is was like. Couldn't see anything for close to a minute after that(not to mention the headache it gave me). That's enough time to get away.

Yeah, you might have trouble CCing a Desert Eagle in that environment, but one of those smaller pocket pistols in a suitable holster should work just fine.

What would you all use/do?

There are hammerless revolver designs that can be safely and comfortably carried at 12 o'clock...basically over your man parts.

IMO, this is a viable and effective option for 2 significant reasons:

1. It significantly reduces the chances of discovery via accidental contact.
2. Due to the small size of said revolvers, combined with a well designed holster system, concealment is very easy to achieve and maintain.

In the end, only you can make the decision.

Do what you think is best.

Some good suggestions. Like I said, I have a tiny .380 that I can use in my uni. The getting in and out of cars negates pocket carry as I have had other items fall out before, but I didn't yet consider smart carry. Hmmm now if I can just figure changing in the locker room.

I have them all, Nemisis, Mikes, Recluse, I've had them all slide out whilst sitting at least once. Try getting in/out of 100 cars a day whilst wearing slacks when I couldn't afford to have it happen once.

It is not a popular option on this forum but you might look into a Kangaroo carry. It would be unaffected by getting in and out of cars and with buttons on your shirt open on the way to your car (and practice,of course) it is pretty quick. You'd need several so that they could be washed and dried (they are made from unbleached muslin and will absorb body odor) but if you are going to carry, that would be another option.

I routinely wear mine to church with just a short sleeved dress shirt and have never had any hint of detection. A very thin shirt will show through but it looks like an Ace bandage if you were detected.

How high end? The reason I ask is that every hotel that I have been at in Houston or any other city for that matter that was high end had either full time armed or unarmed security. Heck, some of the nice but not high end like Omni always had security present when I went. Do you guys have security? Ask them to walk you out to your car. Nothing wrong with that but I agree if you are that worried I would rather carry a little .32acp kel-tec then nothing at all. Also I know they are unpopular here on the forum but does your job say anything about a taser? Some of the small ones could conceal well if you did a little customization to your clothing. Some might disagree but a taser at least can give you the option to not be at contact distance. It is at least better then pepper spray at any rate.
